... are expected to know everything on their own on Day 1 Terrible place to work... in case you have a choice or another offer (even with lesser pay) please avoid Citco... Because there is no concept of work life balance in this company ... you will end up working 365 days for more than 13 to 15 hours and that too without overtime... wonder whether labour laws are applicable for Citco, doesn't look like it does.. unfortunately

Dislikes

Different office locations causes to stretch a lot, when it needs to be waited from any team abroad. Even if the work is finished at 9pm ist in a 3-12 shift, to get approval from local office will take around a lot of time and leads to stretch like 3-4 am ist.

No work life balance. Even if you have completed your work you suppose to sit in office. Huge work pressure if you are experienced then they will have more of expectations from you and they want you to pickup the process quickly.

I have a great team, I feel very supported but not everyone is so lucky here, salary is great at Citco.

Monotonous job, fund accountant and senior fund accountant doing the same job, management expects you to do lot of things, no work-life balance, lots of work to do, even if the other team is making mistake still as a Fund Accountant you need to re-work on everything.

...w that there is lots of work in CITCO but i didn't find any pathetic situation.. compensation is too good as compare to other peers. I am joined in pandemic so not sure about office and its culture now we just connected within team. And as compare with team i found ita extraordinary also the managers as well seniors level
