1.No work life balance. 2.Canadian CITCO employee thinks themselves as God, they dominate so much. 3. SVPs and VPs act according to Canadian CITCO team. 4. They make you submit timesheet for 8hours and you need to spend at least 14 hours. 5. No one shares knowledge in team. 6. No proper communication with in team. 7. Vintage employees stab back at their own AVPs by adding more masala to Canada teams. 8. SVPs - Depends under who. You are working , but often seen them dominating under level peers.

There is new policy called my flex for hybrid model which is not at all clear and micro management, no work life balance at all. If we tell the same to managers they will tell work life balance is a mind set

... are expected to know everything on their own on Day 1 Terrible place to work... in case you have a choice or another offer (even with lesser pay) please avoid Citco... Because there is no concept of work life balance in this company ... you will end up working 365 days for more than 13 to 15 hours and that too without overtime... wonder whether labour laws are applicable for Citco, doesn't look like it does.. unfortunately

...e in new building. WFH policy is for namesake Significant delays in promotion. Low salary No proper training but expects to be expertise No proper work allocation. Few are overburdened with 2-4 people of work. No leaves or WFH even on emergencies for petty reasons. No care about employees

The take home salary will be as mentioned in the offer letter, There is lot to learn if your superiors are willing to teach.

Dislikes

Different office locations causes to stretch a lot, when it needs to be waited from any team abroad. Even if the work is finished at 9pm ist in a 3-12 shift, to get approval from local office will take around a lot of time and leads to stretch like 3-4 am ist.
