We do end to end work here, with minimum support, and crunch of staffing, thereby a lot to learn, take it pressure, knowledge and management.

Dislikes

Unorganised in terms of staffing, may be the policy is to overutilize people. No Salary rectification, baised management decisions, HR has no control over anything.

1.No work life balance. 2.Canadian CITCO employee thinks themselves as God, they dominate so much. 3. SVPs and VPs act according to Canadian CITCO team. 4. They make you submit timesheet for 8hours and you need to spend at least 14 hours. 5. No one shares knowledge in team. 6. No proper communication with in team. 7. Vintage employees stab back at their own AVPs by adding more masala to Canada teams. 8. SVPs - Depends under who. You are working , but often seen them dominating under level peers.

There will be no growth or feedback to improve the quality initiative taken by seniors. Partiality is been seen for promotion, giving projects etc.

Partiality, No feedback for personal growth, rating was given to me was good but no salary hike.
