... are expected to know everything on their own on Day 1 Terrible place to work... in case you have a choice or another offer (even with lesser pay) please avoid Citco... Because there is no concept of work life balance in this company ... you will end up working 365 days for more than 13 to 15 hours and that too without overtime... wonder whether labour laws are applicable for Citco, doesn't look like it does.. unfortunately

...took meetings and put pressure that we amend policy and fire from organisation. No OT compensation no extra benefits.

...tion. 5. Whatever extra hours you are working you will not get OT for that. 6. If you are thinking about getting R&R awards then forget about it as sometimes in the name of cost cutting they will not give you certificate also.

The take home salary will be as mentioned in the offer letter, There is lot to learn if your superiors are willing to teach.

Dislikes

Different office locations causes to stretch a lot, when it needs to be waited from any team abroad. Even if the work is finished at 9pm ist in a 3-12 shift, to get approval from local office will take around a lot of time and leads to stretch like 3-4 am ist.

...alance, No overtime pay policy but expected to work overtime most of the days Very less salary pay when compared to work Even if worked Late nights, it won't be considered under late night shift and considered Overtime and as no OT policy, nothing is paid extra.
