Salary is less compared to market standards No transparency in salary We don’t even get to know what is the grade level of our colleagues unless you are involved with colleagues outside work like chai table or discussion tables

Until you resign, managers will not recognize your worth. Pay is less when compared with competitors. Promotions happen rarely. Managers will not allow you to take leaves.

Get good salary and RSU on joining, once joined upto 9% (if rated extraordinary) max hike is expected.

Dislikes

1. No work at all, so no learning. 2. Company is not software company, so if you are into hardware, networking and security, that's good. But if you are into cloud, software, IaaS please avoid this company, it can screw up your overall technical expertise. Since they don't have any software related work. 3. Leadership will never settle down here as a result of which you will experience org changes thrice in a year. And you will be moved to different orgs with no technical benefit at all. My suggestion: Get the offer and never join it.
