Get good salary and RSU on joining, once joined upto 9% (if rated extraordinary) max hike is expected.

1. No work at all, so no learning. 2. Company is not software company, so if you are into hardware, networking and security, that's good. But if you are into cloud, software, IaaS please avoid this company, it can screw up your overall technical expertise. Since they don't have any software related work. 3. Leadership will never settle down here as a result of which you will experience org changes thrice in a year. And you will be moved to different orgs with no technical benefit at all. My suggestion: Get the offer and never join it.

No clarity of career paths and goals for most roles. Growth is limited. No clear defined processes on performance and appraisals. Most important at this stage, job security is a question mark. Leadership changes with too much ambiguity on future path.
