They can fire you as soon as they hire.. No one should come unless you don't have any job at hand.. It's kind of a trap where urge you to join immediately and then fire as soon as the project is over

They needed a functional side employee but they did a wrong hiring (Technical Consultant) and laid them off in two months without a proper reason that to after making them relocate saying it’s hybrid mode and made us work even on Saturday and Sundays(In the name training)!!

Excellent team, wow work ambiance, Open door policy, always open for inputs and strategy build ups. And founders are great to work with.

Dislikes

Oh Daang! Barista is in the basement. Actually nothing. Stay away from negative folks. Grow and make the org grow with you.

Company culture is okay and new skills learning is possible if they give us enough time to work on deliverables.

Dislikes

there is no work-life balance here. Job security is nill. They can call you at any time and ask for termination. This is the worst company which I have ever seen in my career.

Nice company working with cutting edge tech. Ample of space and things to explore and learn as well.

Dislikes

Nature of Projects sometime it just too much to handle of a person. Also internal politics is never ending. Leave policies needs ammendment.
