There is absolutely nothing to like-no learning, no work-life balance, no appreciation, delayed salaries, and unpaid dues if you leave. Avoid this place!

...re made to feel inadequate and unappreciated, despite efforts and contributions. Salary practices are another concern. While the work month is counted from the 1st to the 30th, salaries are delayed until the 14th of the following month. Worse, if you leave after completing a full month of work, you might not even receive the salary owed to you for that month. The only positive takeaway from this experience was learning how not to manage a team or run a startup. I would advise anyone considering this company to carefully evaluate their options before joining.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
