Promotion and appraisal As Being lots off vaccancy in cipla Preference are given to outsider with higher package rather from in Cipla employes.

In pandemic situations company has not deducted our basic salary.

I am not happy with the salary related policies in CIPLA. Because the company pays its 5 year old employees .same pay is given to the new employe. So should he go to other company to increase the salary of an old employee???? I have seen last six years not increase our daily expanse. Other MNC companies given minimum 360 rs daily allowance.
