Appraisal system is very complicated No cyclic promotion Salary cutting as variable pay is very high and no guarantee for performance bonus reward at the end of financial year as it is depends upon rating No increment and bonus if 1 rating

...agement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management dosen't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...a lot of politics and the management never understands or addresses your issues. Salary is good but it cannot suffice the mental torture. Had to resign early due to such reasons. No on job training by bosses, you will have to understand and manage the work all by yourself, seniors will only find faults.

This company adopts new drugs. People will get more package than MNC.

Dislikes

...ield Representative. Drop rate of Cipla is higher because of job Unsatisfaction. They will give higher package but there is no support from higher authority about target, sales etc. Cipla may become 3rd largest company in India but there is very few people who want join cipla or work for Cipla. That's why many territory in India is vacant many of the time.

Its easy going company. On time salary, excellent medical claim facilities, world class name, get good recognition infront doctors.... And even after resignation...you get single peny of your accumulated money back.

Dislikes

Bit group makes lobby, and while promotion time senoir ar been made from other state without looking hard work of employee.
