...a lot of politics and the management never understands or addresses your issues. Salary is good but it cannot suffice the mental torture. Had to resign early due to such reasons. No on job training by bosses, you will have to understand and manage the work all by yourself, seniors will only find faults.

... to other companies and job security I feel it's secure if you worked your best. salary is not good for freshers but other pickupdrop facilities canteen facilities HR policies are good than other companies.
