Cipla is the best organisation to work for in terms of Learning exposure, work culture, ethics, optimum salary.

Dislikes

Nothing negative, only one thing that applies to all organisations, if your reporting manager is not good then it does not matter for how great organisation you work for.

Likes

Teammates are very good & co-operative, but training, jon security, career growth, salary average. Politics set with appraisal.

Dislikes

Four years back work enviornment, work-life, career growt, salary were excelent, but now management change and everything become difficult. New management not care about experiance and tilents.

Medical policies for people with salary of less than 15 lacs is good as I heard from colleagues.

Dislikes

1) I worked with Clinical QC team at vikhroli, the manager was very poor technically and irritating. Calling 24 hours like I was slave. 2) Slave culture 3) No time for family 4) No work life balance 5) Though the 8 hours of working looks fascinating on paper, actual work never ends at Cipla. 6) Once you enter, you will be given work of 2 people that you can't have time to learn at all. 7) Those who are there since beginning and who don't get anything outside or location convenient people can only continue thr.

Overall it is good organisation.It was nice working with the fellow colleagues.Their constant support which enables to grow in their career.

Company makes you work for longer hours and the employees are not getting Over Time salary

...ith Cipla is wonderful, Good work culture, work life balance is maintained well. Salary structure is also good. Entry level salary is to be improved due to current inflation scenario.

Dislikes

One of the person having problem who always scolding their subordinates. Bad experience with my manager's manager
