Implementation of new techniques, no job security, ground people work hard but management people get credit if any mistake happen blame on ground level people, now a days only corporate people getting all benefit

There is no respect for senior people, in the name of cost cutting all benefits removed, during corona time worked to fullfill company requirement but now they are telling not meeting requirement keeping life in risk but no recognition. HR people are worst

Initial training as well as refresh (Annual) training for all profession related SOPs, skill development, salary structure is good, employees are fully loaded with work. There is no personal life. No job security due change of management.

Politics & partiality. There is no scope for sincere & hard worker

...a lot of politics and the management never understands or addresses your issues. Salary is good but it cannot suffice the mental torture. Had to resign early due to such reasons. No on job training by bosses, you will have to understand and manage the work all by yourself, seniors will only find faults.

... Freshers to learn. But Cipla is giving full freedom and fast learning programs. so many things that a employee satisfaction like job security work environment and salary etc...

If your Boss local and you are belonging from different area then don't work here, Local management are ruing CIPLA brand value, If you are outsider from Maharastra then don't join Cipla (Kurkumbh, Pune) plant. Top management always harassing the new joiners (Experienced / Trainee). The culture of Engineering department is terrible. Manager SANDIP RAMDAS DHUMAL is illiterate and uncultured person. If you want to join here ensure that who will be your Boss.
