Higher authority person will work calm and neatly.But some manager not good.They will Target some people.If we are working 24 hours.They won't satisfy. They will ask can you work another one hour.

NoThere is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. Dislikes

...a lot of politics and the management never understands or addresses your issues. Salary is good but it cannot suffice the mental torture. Had to resign early due to such reasons. No on job training by bosses, you will have to understand and manage the work all by yourself, seniors will only find faults.

...any to clean up and course correct, especially in manufacturing and R&D units. The internal job posting process is another sham, where job roles and descriptions were not commensurate to the salary structure, with a constant change in hierarchy, there was no clarification in job roles, process and benefits. Favouritism and status quo is the culture of this place. If you can ingratiate yourself to the top, nothing like it, you'll grow here within 2-3 years. 80% of bosses here have a favorite in their mind, mostly implicitly. It’s human nature to have favourites, but top leadership here, had they been really worth their mettle and salt would heed this as a warning as this destroys culture, is dangerous, toxic and even illegal. Lots of disparity here, including unfair pay rises, bonuses, undeserved promotions, abusive toxic inappropriate behavior towards other employees as well. When complained against, employees would be warned or asked to leave. Passing the buck, blame games, mind games is the norm here especially during the appraisals process end of every year, inspite of getting good ratings 3/4, one would be deprived off a decent pay hike/promotion as compared to favoured employees. We don't mind slogging, but if you're not your boss's favourite here, your contribution goes disregarded and unacknowledged. There are better places to work. Seek career counseling and check your best fit in the pharma industry. Worked for more than 7 years here, joined when the company had a good name but witnessed some serious dysfunctionality overall. That showed in the company stock market value as well. Don't lose your peace of mind, health and family life working for this place. It's not worth it.

It has been fatastic experience with company. Learning environment, innovative solutions get from seniors,company having latest softwares for online working so easy to work. Got opportunities to grow career in good manner. Good work life balance too.

Sometimes due to workload extra hour worked but overtime copensation is not a part of salary.
