EVEN CIPLA HR WILL HELP PEOPLE IN ONLY SALARY ISSUE NOTHING ELSE REST ALL WILL TAKE OF LEADERS IF ANYONE WANT TO SPEAK REGARDING SOME UNETHICAL THINGS GOING ON IN CIPLA . LEADER WILL PUT HIM ON PIP OR ELSE HE NEED TO CONTINUE DOING UNETHICAL PROCESS TO SURVIVE IN CIPLA.
Company Culture is Terrible, There are so many politics in the internal team. Management is also terrible. I'm surprised to see the work culture is too much terrible in this MNC House.. Uncultured people are getting advantage in this Division and authentic peoples fired without any reason. Work pressure is too much. Getting unnecessary targets which is not achievable at any cost. No one can solve your problem. You have to solve by yourself or left the company.
Soo mny uncultured and uneducated peoples are there..
Sorry to say about the negetive words about this Big MNC house but internal weather is going worst day by day..

Dislikes
Management needs only target fulfillment no matter how and they don't want to support. They don't care about language and behavior they just need revenue growth
1. Skill development and learning is very good here.
2. Company gives all the facilities to his employee. However middle management ruined most of them.
1. Middle management. No knowledge about work just politics.
2. Performer don't get best salary hikes and promotion
3. CHAATU people get more salary perks than a deserving candidate.
4. HOD and department heads are there for their own state personnel.
5. If you take a detailed data, you will find that most of down line employees are from HOD's state of residence.
