...e which I got to see in Patalganga Plant and same is the case for overall Cipla. Gossiping, taunting and not working or doing justice to your salary is clearly seen in Cipla. There is a concept of YMP which s worst since such employees are paid soo high salary for the same work which normal person can also do. Overall worst organization to work with because company is not bad but people out there are worst and more than company for an employee what matters is working with such worst people. I was hired without giving written JD and only varbal JD was told,since I was in need of job i had to join. If you take your own stand people start gossiping badly about u. There are people with worst mentality. I would never suggest anyone to join this company especially in any of their plants. There is no good motivation because employee motivation is not taken care of if you join as a contractor. Never join in low position and especially as contract employees in Cipla. There is huge differences done between the employees. Leaders dnt know to work but to eat free food and do show-off on their position. I would suggest company to please value Contract employee and people who are hard working and dedicated to their work and make them onroll. And please remove the concept of YMP. Instead hire good quality employee and not just quantity employee.

My company has good environment for new comers or fresher, which in a good salary package and also only 24 days working in a month so overall good for everyone

Night shift , and on festival day we have to working so I think it is some negative think in our company.

1. Name Cipla it self carries a weight. 2. Salary structure, yearly appraisal and other monetory benefits are one of its kind. 3. Job security is good.

1. Individual development plan is not upto the mark. 2. Organisation orientation in terms of legacy could have been better.

THE LEADERS WHO ARE COMING FROM OUTSIDE CIPLA FOR JUST HIKE IN SALARY AND SPOIL ENTIRE CIPLA CULTURE AND VALUES . EVEN CIPLA HR WILL HELP PEOPLE IN ONLY SALARY ISSUE NOTHING ELSE REST ALL WILL TAKE OF LEADERS IF ANYONE WANT TO SPEAK REGARDING SOME UNETHICAL THINGS GOING ON IN CIPLA . LEADER WILL PUT HIM ON PIP OR ELSE HE NEED TO CONTINUE DOING UNETHICAL PROCESS TO SURVIVE IN CIPLA.

Company Culture is Terrible, There are so many politics in the internal team. Management is also terrible. I'm surprised to see the work culture is too much terrible in this MNC House.. Uncultured people are getting advantage in this Division and authentic peoples fired without any reason. Work pressure is too much. Getting unnecessary targets which is not achievable at any cost. No one can solve your problem. You have to solve by yourself or left the company. Soo mny uncultured and uneducated peoples are there.. Sorry to say about the negetive words about this Big MNC house but internal weather is going worst day by day..
