Work experience is very good. good company for learning purpose.

80% maintenance activity done by contract employee but they do not get the some benefits and proper salary , their credit is taken by other cipla employees. and contract head.

Good company. Regular salary, good development program, safety on work, availability of self doing work. Excellent clean work area etc.. Apportunuty to build confidence & go ahead post.. Etc

Working load.. Little pressure.

Appraisal system is very complicated No cyclic promotion Salary cutting as variable pay is very high and no guarantee for performance bonus reward at the end of financial year as it is depends upon rating No increment and bonus if 1 rating

...a lot of politics and the management never understands or addresses your issues. Salary is good but it cannot suffice the mental torture. Had to resign early due to such reasons. No on job training by bosses, you will have to understand and manage the work all by yourself, seniors will only find faults.

Job security, Salary timing, Staff Bus & Second and Forth Saturday Off

If your Boss local and you are belonging from different area then don't work here, Local management are ruing CIPLA brand value, If you are outsider from Maharastra then don't join Cipla (Kurkumbh, Pune) plant. Top management always harassing the new joiners (Experienced / Trainee). The culture of Engineering department is terrible. Manager SANDIP RAMDAS DHUMAL is illiterate and uncultured person. If you want to join here ensure that who will be your Boss.
