Company is fully occupied and led by people whose only job is to praise the CEO.

Dislikes

Micro management, no talent employee retention, absolutely useless HR team, favoritism and politics. Improper planning leading to frequent multiple changes in delivery timelines, no motivation to employees resulting in loss of customers.
