Starting from training, there's no such training program for an HR and the role which is offered has end number of responsibilities, teamwork and team coordination is pathetic, carrer growth in company overall is good but not for an HR coordinator position, moreover the salary and appraisals are very poor, work environment is not professional at all, it's like an HR has to play a role of parent or guardian Or a teacher and explain everyone how to do job before explaining their role we desire them to. Work life balance is average as we are expected to work more than our boundaries or the offer which was given at the time of joining, instead of an HR job it becomes sales and marketing job to get people on board for hiring purpose. The benefits provided for employees are good and the people interested making a career In operations have good scope but for an HR profile it's good for a fresher to understand the basics but Scope provided is very minimal.

Work culture is good every staffs are friendly no work pressure but staff strength is very low because work is little bit hard the company have aproaxiame 1 lak average sale in VIP section but they give us only 10500 rs salary per month kitchen capacity is 7 including head chef . Wors company I ever work in my 8 year f&b life

...s experience in d and b field Cinepolis kochi is the worst company ever I work. Because of low salary package and there is no yearly salary increament. And there is no future and carrier growth. After that I join PVR cinemas including incentive my PVR salary is double of the Cinepolis salary.

I have working here last 1 year. Majjor concern is salary.its too low. And sometimes I feel some difficulty when my salary come . I can an example. Last month I had gone every day for my duty. I never take any leave or off but also then my salary come only 10200 that's why I give 2 star in salary and benefits.
