Likes

Hybrid Model for localites & remote work for outstation candidates. However, the management has stopped recruiting outside(Mumbai) candidates as they want to deploy hybrid model on a strict basis.

Dislikes

Nothing is systematic. No cooperation from higher management. Development scope is missing. No job stability. Anyone can loose a job with a notice of only 15 days from the company. However, if any employee wants to resign then they have to serve a notice period of 3 months and if there is any bond involved then they have to pay the amount involved in the bond.

The relatively low level of interference from management allowed me the freedom to perform my duties in a manner that best suited the projects' needs. Unfortunately, the company has struggled to secure new projects, which has led to a decline in overall business performance. Compounding this, the acquisition by Wondrlab has not yielded positive results; in fact, it has contributed to further deterioration of the organization. The management has been compelled to implement layoffs due to the scarcity of projects, which has significantly affected employee morale and stability. Given the current trajectory, there is a substantial risk of the organization facing closure in the near future. Considering these factors, I would advise against pursuing opportunities at Cymetrix Software at this time. The environment is currently unstable, and the prospects for growth and job security appear uncertain.
