Worst company to ever work for! There is no professionalism or work ethics, you are treated as a slave, no work life balance. HR is the worst, no proper policies are followed and works like a snail, will give you tons of advice even when you’ve not asked for it. Ex employees are not valued, the HR doesn’t even settle their dues on time, the ex employees need to keep reminding him and even then the HR doesn’t talk to them with respect. The HR of this company is literally the worst, with time he keeps on changing his words, doesn’t even stick to one and plays his cards accordingly. Treats the employees soo poorly and then acts all innocent infront of the top management. No matter what, he will make you look like the bad guy but wouldn’t take the blame on him. There is no orientation as well, you’re not allowed to communicate to your co-workers apart from work. They don’t even respect their employees, new or old. Managers too don’t have any work ethics, their ego is all that matters to them. Will talk to you anyhow they please and act all cool. They will even taunt you unnecessarily. And apart from this, basic facilities are also not provided be it regarding hygiene or anything work related. The peers you work with are no good too, if a new employee joins, the work is dumped on them and they don’t even get credit for it. People in this company don’t understand the phrase “mind your own business” because they will mind YOUR business! There’s no job security as well. Employee retention rate is soo low that people end up leaving within a few months and even days! No growth, no work satisfaction, no work ethics and no humanity. The worst part is they don’t even respect their employees who have been working there for decades. So to sum it up, it’s the worst company to work for.

Unfair Discrimination Management is depend on National Head Mr Raja; whose favourite is Mr Praveen. No ethics; they talk about ethics alot but no ethics at all No training no support just for the name sake They will not accept any idea of employee for betterment; if Mr Raja is ok then they do Working methodology is really pathetic; lazy company to work with No respect for employee and dealers with they are working No support after sales to dealer There is no department head or responsible person; only Mr Raja who changes things as per his choice Employee turnover is huge which is again not a good sign Ignore new dealers and people who want to start business with them Stick to 3-4 dealers only ; not allow if you work with new dealer; your hardwork will vanish Company of liars from top to bottom They want employee to work in ethical manner where as no ethics for employee dealer both Company change faces of all employee in all territory very frequently like 1-2 months; except Mr Praveen who is Mr Raja favourite

It is good company to beginners & gaining experience.Most importantly staffs are very good & co-operative.

its good if they provide coffee or other things.they are proving only tea.& canteen for staff.
