While overall experience has been fantastic, Every startup brand will always have challenges, However the leadership is very proactive and open for feedback which gives you a confidence that the issues will be addressed & resolved soon. The positives far outweigh the negatives and the organization's commitment to growth and development makes it a great place to work

There are sometime delay in decision making which hinders the progress. Additionally sudden changes are occasionally implemented without sufficient notice. Addressing these issues would make the organization even better
