Terrible Experience – Unethical and Misleading Practices by Cincooni Systems I had a very disappointing experience with Cincooni Systems. They promised a stipend of ₹20,000 to their interns but failed to deliver on this promise. Instead, they demand a so-called "donation" of ₹15,000 to their affiliated NGO, Adarniye Foundation, from the interns, which feels like a complete exploitation of fresh talent. This bait-and-switch tactic is unethical and misleading, especially when students are hoping to gain both experience and fair compensation. Instead of supporting young professionals, they burden them with unnecessary financial strain. It's clear that their primary interest is profiting off interns rather than helping them grow and succeed. This practice not only lacks transparency but also takes advantage of those eager to learn and contribute. I strongly advise anyone considering an internship at Cincooni Systems to be cautious. Their policies are deceptive, and they do not respect or value the hard work of interns.
