1. The salary is a laughable insult compared to industry standards. 2. Creativity is dead; you'll be stuck with mind-numbing copy-paste tasks. 3. Appraisals? Dream on! You'll never see one. 4. They dangle festival leaves in front of you, only to snatch them away last minute. 5. If you can't thrive under extreme pressure, don't even think about applying. 6. The HR and managers? Utterly clueless and indifferent. Share a problem, and they'll just ignore it, leaving you in the lurch. 7. The company thrives on favoritism, where policies bend to support their chosen few. If you're not in the inner circle of Management and TLs, or if you're not a pro at b0otlicking, survival here becomes a Herculean task.

.... People who worked there since last 7-10 yr but there is no creative portfolio. If ur have production Artist at cimpress background then other market even not pay you fresher salary.

...with pathetic services and policies. very harmful environment for mental health. there is no growth in the skills or salary package, too much politics in office culture. There is no value for the efforts which you invest in company work. they behave with us like we are machines or a robot. there is zero rating for graphics designer post responsibilities. because in this company graphics designers' post responsibilities are like nothing to present your creativity. even there you don't have the right to use your creative mind. it seems like we are in a cage. such a pathetic company culture, work, and policies all are pathetic...there is nothing to like about this company.

Good work environment. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, give good salary hike and bonus every year. Company recogniz their employees needs and queries.
