...2 days notice period and probation employee had to server 60 days notice period. The salary you will be receiving after 20th of every month. On interview day HR manager told me that you will be receiving salary on 15th of every month but that didn't happen.

Maximum staff are family member and they bother other staff. Someone are 60+, Even don't have knowledge but Due to upper level approach they joined their family member and make him Incharge.And then start pining to those staff who are skilled and recruited by their talent.

HR behavior is worst they doesn't cooperate with employees. Always do delay in salary, sometime they paid at the end of next month. Management doesn't care about employee they just need their work on time.

I know that company is good , but it's management team not good,because it have no any plan.as like how to manage labour, contractor, company staff and how to get more progress.

First to talk about teammates are not here.politics, less salary,work environment not good.

...security is nonexistent, management can ask you to resign and leave at any time. Unfortunately they do not pay the salary to that employee.
