I have not found any pros

Dislikes

They just fired you in one simple zoom call when they are run out of funding, projects and after one second of zoom call, they just deleted your company account as well which is unprofessional and unethical. There is no job security. Moreover, one should be a chatter-box rather than a hard worker who pleases and flatter the seniors so that they give you good feedback and provide you with a project. Dirty politics!. Worst Company to work with.
