There is no scope for growth. The pay is not as per industry standards. There are politics all around and there are no workplace benefits. The work culture is pathetic and there is no value for what is mentioned on papers. The HR System is poor and there is no power in the hands of HR. They are very arrogant if we approach them with any issues. The employees here are treated like school children with no flexible work environment. The top management says that they follow open door policy but its only for words. The top management is even known for making false promises. Continuous changes happen at the cost of Employees life. No one is exempted from the Hire and Fire Policy. There are no standard policies and practices followed in reality. I will never and ever recommend anyone to join this company.

Worst HR Team. Morons and Egoistic people in both HR and Project Management (PMO). Few Names are Jagadish checharala, Praveen Ambati and Sirisha from HR. They don't know how to talk to employees and give respect, They teat employees like daily labor. My suggestion to Top leadership is please focus on HR and employee relations. No job security. Dummy waste Technical managers who don't have much technical knowledge and Most of the employees directly report to client manager not Cigniti QA Managers who are are dummy. Not good organization for long term growth in career. Too much office politics.

...to get more work from a single resource. As the projects are with less budgets.. this is not at all a suitable place for people with salary more than 20 lakh.. Please think twice before you join :)

While joining they'll bargain to as low as possible and convince you that you'll get performance appraisal within a year if your performance is good. Once you compromise on this and work hard for appraisal, they'll give you silly/illogical/irrelevant reasons to prove you are not up to their expectations. 5. Politics - You see yourself working hard and during hikes, someone less skilled will get better hike than you just because he is a boot licker of your manager. Cancer is better than IT politics. 6. Learning- Learning new stuff is very rare here, Online tutorials are better. 7. Work environment- Be prepared for micro management. You have to answer for your task on hourly basis. 8. Work-life balance - They don't care about your work-life balance they just want client's satisfaction. 9. Project Management - is complete mess. Automation engineers will die working as a manual tester. 10. Resource Manager - He'll assign you on project irrelevant of your skill-set. 11. PF - PF is deducted from your salary for both Employee and Employer contribution.
