While joining they'll bargain to as low as possible and convince you that you'll get performance appraisal within a year if your performance is good. Once you compromise on this and work hard for appraisal, they'll give you silly/illogical/irrelevant reasons to prove you are not up to their expectations. 5. Politics - You see yourself working hard and during hikes, someone less skilled will get better hike than you just because he is a boot licker of your manager. Cancer is better than IT politics. 6. Learning- Learning new stuff is very rare here, Online tutorials are better. 7. Work environment- Be prepared for micro management. You have to answer for your task on hourly basis. 8.
