...ct comes you need to work and also, you need to work on your skill oriented job. based on your salary they allocate no. of projects. if you are lead and salary is 1.5*years of exp then you need to work atleast 2 projects. if you resign they treat you like enemies of company and salary settlement may take 6 months and PF is very less and it will not processed.

Worst HR Team. Morons and Egoistic people in both HR and Project Management (PMO). Few Names are Jagadish checharala, Praveen Ambati and Sirisha from HR. They don't know how to talk to employees and give respect, They teat employees like daily labor. My suggestion to Top leadership is please focus on HR and employee relations. No job security. Dummy waste Technical managers who don't have much technical knowledge and Most of the employees directly report to client manager not Cigniti QA Managers who are are dummy. Not good organization for long term growth in career. Too much office politics.
