As a Test Engineer, I am proud to be a part of a team that upholds the highest standards of quality and professionalism. CIFDAQ's commitment to continuous improvement, effective processes sets us apart in the industry. I am learning here about new products which I have never worked before, that is MPC wallet, which is a web 3 wallet. Here I have learnt the concept of Blockchain. I find my team to be supportive and encouraging. If someone wants to work and explore latest technologies, this is a great platform to work and learn. Also recently we have started working 5 days a week too :)

There are many things to dislike about CIFDAQ: -The toxic work culture -No salary payment at all -No fulfillment of promises -Work on Sundays (once in a month) -Sometimes working for more than 12 hours on weekends -No appreciation meetings -The team will keep changing every few months. Before joining CIFFDAQ do your thorough research, go to LinkedIn, search for the company, click on the "people" section, and start reaching out to current employees and talk about the salary issues, toxic work culture, instant termination, etc. They'll surely tell the truth, whatever it is.
