The company sell handmade silk n woolen carpets ethnic furniture, handicrafts,stone studded jewelry. Clientale are overseas tourists and corporate travelers. The Marketing is known as liaison dept.to identify,locate and arrange the clientale to walk into the showrooms. The sales staff are selected and trained to handle foreign customers from different countries and languages. Besides there are other supporting depts like accounts and exports, housekeeping personnel and admin. All these tasks are under my supervision and control and answerability for perfect functioning. It is a challenging with day to day fresh style of functionality and issues.

Dislikes

Personnel management is not fully professional.
