It is a good company for a person who intends to learn more than getting a good salary package. I will tell you the fact that MCIE is the company I started learning a lot of things and also understanding the corporate culture. Very good company to get your initial experience. You will learn a lot with difficult times in the company, but need to hold your patience. That is when you succeed in your career.

Dislikes

There are no dislikes a such but one dislike may be the salary structure they have. Secondly I would recommend Saturday & Sunday off for administrative staff.

Good work environment amd culture teammate are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees a

They are providing work for the freshers.

Dislikes

The work culture is worst. They fire any one in few hours like they never existed. Salary increments are available only for the employees who has good relationships between CEO or he will be from his last company. Working hours are not defined. Duty hours are like 12-14 hours minimum everyday even on Sunday. If you are on leave you need to carry company laptop and do the work. Answer all call whatever ever the time you received. Management aske to do the work which is not related to your area & if you denied they will fire you immediately. They are harassing vendors also . Very mismanaged company and management people. They no care of the people who are working with them. No HR in company. No other benefits apart from salary.

Automation in manufacturing i had seen first rome here and how they are performing good manner that things I like very well.

Increament and appraisal system is very poor.We not getting properly outcome in terms of salary even you perform .

Salary is decent and career growth is very slow and very poor on helping calture if in the situations of hospitalization and they doing cost cutting on canteen and transportation facilities..
