No girl should work there, they use very bad language with girls, they dont know how to design buildings, they try to learn from new employees, they dont pay last month salary to any employee this happened with many employees. I learned nothing there, My experience was very bad, please never join this firm, there are many other firms in pune where one can work. Please dont keep cicom consultants as last option also. All come and go in 2-3 months this creates bad impression on resume so better dont join.
