1.Problem to get renewal of FCRA registration Every 5years (now FCRA registration has been rejected )
2. As the management is governed by church's priest & members, staff selection and higher positions are given to Chiristians even if the better options were available from other religions.
3. Burocracy & Lack of leaders to run the organisation in future
4. Control is in the hand of a few selected persons
5. Lenghty protocol for getting any approval or sending any info to the responsibles

It was great experience to working with the leading organization that is CASA. I liked most during my tenure the work culture, learning opportunities and the security of Job.
Since the day i have join this organization i dont have any insecurity about my job because its an big organization give opportunity to real and honest, experience, talented employees to grow in their careers without hamper there personal and professional life. So much to explore in different areas , can hangouts in tribal hilly areas by working for our project as well as refreshing our minds with the nature view, organization gives us an opportunity to learn things from the tribal belts and there are so much things which can be cure by using herbal medicines without investing much amount.
I don't like the rule of suffix and prefix for taking leave. Because those who are from outside state working in other state have to take more number of days leave for traveling because its not possible to go home and come back after next day because it takes one day in travel . Higher authorities don't politics but there are some authorities who take advantage of their post and management dont address their mistakes .
CASA as a leading donor cum funding agency is a good platform for people who are about to start their careers in the grassroot level development sector. CASA working towards rights based approach and advocacy, gives freshers a platform to grow and nurture themselves while giving ample scope for innovation and experimentation. The pan india exposure which CASA provides to the staffs is appreciable and gives one a different perspective altogether. A great place for budding freshers who comes from MSW and Rural Management background.
The salary/appraisal is very low compared to the market standards but as CASA is a church based agency, more focus is given on volunteerism rather that having a standard 9-5 paying job. Although the perks and incentives apart from the salary are good.
