There is nothing likeable in the company. There is no growth, appreciation. If you are doing good and earning incentives, you will be called out as you are just working for money and ungrateful to the company. If you stand for something right the entire team gangs up to prove you are at fault. Too much of lying and framing to make you feel small. They require people to such nod and work. Great example of toxic work culture.

Dislikes

Micromanagement, no work culture, no process, you can be fired if you are achiever and giving results and otherwise. Basically, be in good books of management to save job. You have to keep your head down and work.
