I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Easy Firm name to pronounce.

Dislikes

The Indian Office Lacks Hierarchy, NO HR System, No Leave Structure. Worst IT Setup. They always have server issue so its hard to work on petitions. Rabab the IT Head never responds to employee queries as he is relative of the CEO. Hardly any appraisal and that too on Manager's discretion. ZERO Perks to Indian Employee's. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU JOIN.

The firm is very mindful of their employees, they have the best teams to work with, very talented leaders who help out with doubts and queries patiently, great work life balance and they treat employees with care and acknowledge efforts.
