...g under them are worst. They don't treat employees properly. They are very rude.Salary and appraisal is zero for the amount of work we do It was an individual experience though. All the best for the one's who are starting new career.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Nothing as such... The teachers and the head of school should remain constant for the better growth of the institute.

1. Poor work life balance 2. Neither the admin staff or the teachers have job security. 3. The current Principal who has been appointed in the last year doesn't have that quality to be in that position. She doesn't have even the basic knowledge. She knows only how to unnecessarily argue with the staff and insult and shout at them infront of the colleagues. She is not at all approachable, always try to put blame on others and escape from all the difficult situations. Rather than trying to motivate the staff, she always try to demotivate in all the aspects and try to find fault in each and every thing. She is more or less into a sort of dictatorship than leadership.

Nothing great they quash teacher at work and post working hours u need to come home and also work

No freedom to talk or share ur views . Co ordinator makes teachers work post school hours till 6 during events
