... No management skill like HR always EGO problem even not listen to the employee. Always trying to deduct salary or bonus with undefined variables in policies. I worked there more than 3 years but my experience is not good to work with chromeinfotech. I hope it enough to understand the work culture there

In Chromeinfotech, They are providing good opportunities in terms of skills development but It's seems good till from fresher to 2 Years of experience. Because Most of project same type in comparison of requirements.

Dislikes

There is no ethics even they always try to deduct salary. As per me When I was left chromeinfotech they deduct 30 days FNF even if I worked there 60 days.

...INED cHROMEINFOTECH.tHEY NOT CHEAT ONLY THEIR CLIENTS AS WELL AS THEIR EMPLOYEE.I WORKED HERE MORE THAN ONE YEAR AND THEY FIRED ME IN ONE THEY WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION WHILE THEY MENTIONED IN JOINING LETTER.

I am working here as system administrator and here i learned more things and Learning continue. Company policies are very helpful here according to the employees. All employees are working here as a family.

I have started my career with this company and believe me all have supported me a lot. The ups & down can happen everywhere but whatever I am today just because of this company. Wonderful time, I have spent there and thanks to all.
