I liked the Christian atmosphere.. The salary for nurses is a bit decent than in other private hospitals. Nurses have a bit of respect when compared to other Indian private hospitals. Workplace is a bit cleaner too. There are still mission minded souls residing there. Skills development and future better career scopes- excellent but paid in return of stress Gaining an experience in this hospital would really make you a star in any interview. The bed status and the work experience would make any interviewer even from (western countries) to approach you with respect and would assure decent placement too

Dislikes

Honestly I hated how the nurses had to forge prescriptions because the doctor is always busy and there is no in-ward pharmacist system in the hospital. The nursing heads (not everyone but the majority I had seen) there only add on to our work, publish new policies and act like self righteous God sent.. The stars for work satisfaction were because I loved the process of nursing people, loved the smile I put across painful faces. Except that, the mental pressure that comes along in that work place deserves nothing better than swearing honestly. (Work time:Every month: 2 weeks day shift, 1 week night and 1 week weird shift between 3-11pm which extends upto 1 am when we leave from there almost everyday) 44 hours/ week
