Probably one of the worst job experiences anyone could ever have. I worked in the IT department and while at the company it was ok in the beginning first month or two but after a few months it became worst. My manager Juvenal was and is probably one of the worst managers anyone could possibly have. I truly believe he is a psychopath. While at the company I had to deal with blatant sabotage from both my manager and coworkers, being pitted against (3 gen) another coworker, stealing my ideas , extreme supervision etc. They'll tell you they're 'coaching' employees .After deciding to leave and finding employment elsewhere I had to deal with unwarranted references to the point I don't even include the company on my resume anymore and still somehow I am associated with this place even years later. They give cult vibes to the point or at least behind the scenes it seems like you pretty much have to do whatever it takes to prove you want to work there primarily the IT deparment. Most employees wear the number of years at the company like a badge of honor over anything else and I believe it is because of the illegal things they partake in behind the scenes or the scerets they have to keep do not be surprised if higher level employees also know about their illegal activites. They want to know everything about you either to use it against you or to mimic you. This place was probably one of the ABSOLUTE WORST things that ever happened to me I've had to deal with them more unfortunately after leaving then while at the company. Their no rehire list is considered a 'blacklist' to the point I've had experiences of interviewing places and they somehow knew I worked there and coworkers somehow knowing about my experience at the job without telling them anything about it old school style. Honestly a true nightmare work experience and literally one of the worst decisions I ever made in my life was taking a job at this place. Likely due to my experience and how bad it was during and IS they wont hire anyone else in the department. I truly think they shouldn't have and wish they never hired me - Alicia Milton
