...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

No trust factor. Comparison of mid level management with executive by your Manager. Unethical practise by management. No policy neither process oriented thoughts. Job Security is ZERO.

No Flexibility. Same designation staff getting paid 2x Salary with less exp. Poor Management. Polish the shoes of management and keep growing. People not get appraised by Manager, lack of leadership skills. No transparency neither in process or communication.

The major thing is work and life balance which is fully satisfactory. Always welcome new idea and opportunities to develop your skills. Supporting management, be focused on your commitment rest Company will take care of.

No job security without any reason they are terminated employee. Work culture seniors are very negative they want to “ Chaplusi” Management of top level so poor on promotion or about annual bonus , company policy as per the policy sat sun off but they want we work on that also.
