...n one paisa. This co. has no wrights to operate. Govt. should sease the licence. During Covid time in the month of April salary was drstically reduced 20% of gross salary

The ground staff is very polite and friendly. They complete the work in given time.

Dislikes

The plant tends to shut down on regular basis, asking the employees to resign forcefully. Very bad for career growth. Opportunity offered is good but the top tier management is poor along with the decision making power. Seem to promise a thing or an allowance but don't fulfill it.

The team communication is good all employees is verry helpful I am very happy for this company.

The company has started but any time has shutdown the plant and suddenly all employees are notice period this

Company provides me all challenging jobs at various mines. Discipline, Coordination, communication and harmonious relationships between the officials and workers.

No more awarded to those who are achieved the goal within shorter period.

JOB SATISFACTION IS DEFINITELY THERE. LESS PRESSURE FROM SENIORS. TIME IN AND OUT IS FOLLOWED STRICTLY.

Definitely, I am not dissatisfied with my present employer. As there is regulatory issue with the employer, there is a fear that today or tomorrow they will retrech its employees.
