No Job security in CIPL, work culture is ok management focus only for take project from market not focus on our employee, Worst point is CIPL frequently change the policy without any intimation and policy depend person to person. each and every policy against employee.

It's none..management is not interested to retain quality people in the company. They are more focused on hire a consultant and when they fail to deliver then buy people while giving money. HR department is horrible.overall worst company & time waisting.

Good company Only if u are working in their HO, NOIDA. Deffinately Not recommended for other regional offices. No good team coordination between HO & Branches.

Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
