You will have to do all works of the project from physical works like lifting load even if you have been recruited as a manager. You cant be with family, company will not support. Bad transport arrangements from accommodation to project. There is not even allowance for transportation.

Anytime terminated, No Notice will be given prior before ending contract No salary hikes for yrs, (Before joining only you have to take) Waste of joining in FTC (Fixed time contract) Leaves will be different for On-role & FTC

Cholamandalam pays salary time to time And even after leaving the job, whatever money you earn in this company, all that money will be transferred to your account.

The way of getting the work done by the seniors of Chola Mandalam is not right

Good to work and development my skills in the company Nice to meet more people all are friendly feel We can learn Excel,mail handling,pivot, formally Food and snacks are awesome to have all are unlimited

...We have to work all the days even in government holiday Over pressure to handle Salary is too low to work When we ask for leave for a day they don't give they ask to come to office Every time we have to work Month end we have to work till 9am to 9 pm Month end start on 27 to 1 of next month Not leave for 2 week on month end

We will get salary on time

Dislikes

Culture followed is not good and no job security. Especially Gujarat site very worst management poor accommodation and vechile arrangements are very poor. Manager is very worst behaviour.
