Murugappa group is a very big group, One of them is Chola General Insurance. Salary is good in the company.

Dislikes

The company has a great name, but the company's senior front-line executives are not doing well in support.. The company does not use today's technology in the work.

Overall company is good. Working culture is satisfactory. Salary compensation is also as per industry norms .

Dislikes

I can't say much because I am not dissatisfied with company,I am dissatisfied with my channel. But still I can say company should change their approach according to the market competition. Orthodox and old system should change time to time.

...ms IT is so weak and it will take atleast more than 5 years to improvise his IT.they are providing good compensation as well, there are no support from HR and supervisor's even is your super boss also don't provide any support.

Training part is good in chola ms otherwise any other benefits is vulnerable.

PRIMUM CALCULATOR. ONE MORE THING WHEN DISCUSSING WITH ALL EMPLOYEES THAN WHY GIVEN TABLET. WHEN WE REQUIRRED LAPTOP FOR WORK. ITS EASY FOR BOTH. FAST WORKING IN LESS TIME. OR ON TAB ITS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. BECAUSE ALL DEPENDS ON RAM. VERY SLOW INTERNET WHEN SUBMITING PROPOSALS IN IT. MOST TIME ITS SYNCRONIGE. FOR 1 PROPOSAL SUBMITING TAKE TIME MORW THEN 15-20 MIN.
