I can't say much because I am not dissatisfied with company,I am dissatisfied with my channel. But still I can say company should change their approach according to the market competition. Orthodox and old system should change time to time.

...ms IT is so weak and it will take atleast more than 5 years to improvise his IT.they are providing good compensation as well, there are no support from HR and supervisor's even is your super boss also don't provide any support.
