...viding training as per requirements. Carrer growth depends on the relationships. Salary and appraisal also depends on achievement and relationships with the boss. Traveling is related to working profile. Politics is as usual to corporate culture every where. Learning is to much from the team as well as from management staff. Work environment is good. Innovative scheme and technology bring by company time to time. Work - life balance is distributed in few financial months like Jan to march. Otherwise good.

There is literally nothing to like about Cholamandalam Investment & Finance.

Dislikes

...They'll just force you everytime for no reason, company is full of backstabbers. Not even paid my Bonus Amount for this financial year, after mailing me the details with entire amount, they kept the money.

Only I like in this company is timely incentive and salary .

Dislikes

Work environment worst , full pressure to sell other products if your background is from loan and they will pressurise you to do collection and sell motor insurance, concall from higher level is very terrible 5-6 con call in a day , bosses doesn't support junior level employees always pressurise them no job time they will tell you should work from 9 am in the morning and no time till night . Very bad company.

Not Very Good But Satisfactory Salary Compensation

Dislikes

No holidays, You have to work all 7 days a week but as per HR attendance system they mark your attendance 5 days rest 2 days (Saturday & Sunday) are weekly off. Working hours starts early morning from 6 am and there is no fixed time to return back to home. Apart from these if you are in recovery department and if your targets were getting short then you will be forced by seniors to get it achieved through you salary.like this there are many more things which are wrong in this organisation specially in Bihar & Jharkhand.
