... to give promotion to the employees who have worked for many years in our Chola. Again, he failed to increase the salary. Some managers use bad words.

... any executive to move any other company. Also not give promotion to executive. Only they increase salary by 500-1300 yearly only after they get to know, you think yo switch other company.

Same as above. Not recommended if you are futuristic and need growth in career.

Mi insurance Targets and charges login days for month 5 , not given growth high level , BRM is not ok Jagtiyal location is unfit this job

My company is a very good company. A company should take care of the employee as well as the customer, along with the salary, the incentive structure is also very good, so I am still working in this company.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees
