Early morning 6 o clock late evening after 8 o clock con call No personal life, working on weekends and even on Sunday. Public holidays are in calendar only . No festival leave Lots of parameters which are useless . Penetration of separation is high. Apologise to write with personal experience

Company compensation is good and appraisal are excellent. You get freedom to do whatever you want to until you are justifying the companies interest.

Just some people don't know how to collaborate with people, they are just interested in playing dirty politics to show Management how better are they from other people. Senior people get easily influenced by others and make their opinion about sincere peoples.
