I m joining in company on feb-2020 as fresher and In lockdown company pay salary that's very helpful to all employees of chola but after lockdown seniors give tooooo much pressure for work, after 10-15 days of lockdown very deficult to find home loan files but seniors give pressure and force to give resignation from company.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base.Another pluse point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, I also like the employee re hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. There is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes

Im the only man to control in my branch singly. The work pressure is high and also my compensation very low. Im dealing files , collections , insurance , customers and employees in that branch. There is no manpower in that section
